High Performance Filtration Spun Filters are manufactured using Virgin 100% Polypropylene that is blown and spun simultaneously to form the filter cartridge. This process allows the cartridge to be manufactured without using a centre core which would restrict performance. Melt blown filters also do not contain adhesives or binders so there is no chemical residual left in the filtered water.
HPF’s range of Polypropylene Spun Filters are compatible with most liquids and are highly effective at reducing Sediment, Rust, Sand, Silt and Algae. The unique weight and density structure in HPF Spun Filters enables the cartridge to have a heavier sediment load before compromising pressure or flow in a system, this allows the filter to perform exceptionally over its entire lifespan.
HPF Polyspun Sediment Filters are available in all common sizes with micron ratings ranging from 0.5uM to 20uM.
